The Japanese fusion donut taking over the country! Ours are baked, with a crispy outside and a lightly chewy center. Available in Vanilla, Chocolate, Ube (Hawaiian purple yam), Pistachio, Coconut, Lemon and our newest seasonal flavor, Blueberry. Oh, and they’re gluten friendly! Mochis are available fresh and ready to eat, or frozen for you to heat and eat at home!
Our mochi donuts are gluten friendly. They do not contain gluten, however, while the donuts and their ingredients don’t contain gluten, some of the ingredients are not labeled gluten free. Additionally, we do have flour in our bakery, and cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination. We do take steps to try to limit gluten cross-contamination however. The mochi donuts are not fried, they are baked, in a dedicated baker (similar to a waffle iron). They are also only made on either days where no products containing gluten are made, or at the beginning of the day, with all mochi work being completed and donuts packaged and stored before any work with flour is undertaken. For these reasons, we do not say our mochi donuts are gluten free, we say they are gluten friendly.
Heating instructions: Donuts can be thawed and eaten (with or without glaze) but we recommend heating for the best donut experience!
Heat at 350 degrees (oven or air fryer) for 2-4 minutes until heated through. Glaze if desired (we think they are just as good unglazed!) and enjoy.
