My mom&#8217;s original, authentic recipe from the early 1950&#8217;s when my parents lived in Lincoln, Nebraska (yes, I was born a Husker!) Dough and filling are made from scratch, and the result is fantastic. A slightly sweet dough, filled with a combination of ground beef, cabbage, and onion. You can get them fully baked and ready to eat, or half-baked and frozen, to bake and eat at home whenever you wish!<\/p>\n<p>Heat and eat instructions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From frozen, microwave 1 minute (for multiple Ownzas, microwave longer, approximately 30 seconds extra for each additional ono), then bake at 350 degrees 4-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>From thawed, microwave 30 seconds (for multiple Ownzas, microwave longer, approximately 10 seconds extra for each additional ono) then bake at 350 degrees 4-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Air fryer may be used in place of oven<\/li>\n<li>May be microwaved until heated through (without baking).
